MYLENE SORIANO has been a leader in healthcare business development for over 20 years. The past decade as a member of the Executive Leadership of Coastal Vision Medical Group, a premier ophthalmology refractive practice in Southern California. Her extensive knowledge of the industry has been forged from her early role as a Regional Sales Director at Nvision Laser Eye Centers, where she strategically identified and cultivated over 400 partner affiliates and moved on to expand Coastal Vision Medical Group's market share.
Mylene's strengths are identifying key challenges, strategizing, and determining creative solutions for growth.
Her success in implementation lies in assembling proper talent, training the team to succeed, and tracking metrics. Her hands-on coaching in communication, product/service knowledge, customer service and patient experience, as well as conflict resolution and crisis management, have led not only to explosive growth of the company but provided many mentoring opportunities. Those relationships have led to an extensive network of strategic partnerships with industry and other medical practices.
Her unique perspective comes from the fact that she is intimately familiar with internal practice management as well as external sales and marketing efforts. Mylene received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University in Brentwood, California.
